Gabriella supports curious individuals looking to release stress and activate harmony between the physical, mental and energetic bodies. Classes with Gabriella take you through a journey of inner healing and self discovery for an easeful, peaceful and practical life.
Gabriella creates an inclusive environment, a sacred safe space, to deepen into knowledge of oneself, relax into self care and integrate yogic science and philosophy. Classes are a moving meditation with the point of focus being the present moment. There is a balance of meditative asana with moments of physical or mental challenge.
Gabriella received her 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification with Integral Yoga New York. She is a 500 hr-RYT and is on the path to receiving her 800-hr IYI Yoga Therapy program certification. In doing so, she had completed Raja Yoga, Human Body: Ease and Dis-Ease, and Therapeutic Yoga Level One and Two and Foundation to Yoga Therapy.
In that pursuit, she strives to better serve the community, help reduce suffering, and inspire and empower students with tools that heal the mind, body, and soul connection and promote finding happiness from within, regardless of where you are at in your journey.

What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is a healing modality that works on all levels of Being. A Yoga Therapy session is designed and tailored to your specific needs, whether mental, physical, or emotional. It creates a sacred, safe space that encourages you to deepen your practice, nurture yourself from the inside out, and relax into the restorative parasympathetic nervous system.
What is included in this offering?
In this private session, you can expect to complete and discuss an intake form, a verbal assessment, and physical and breath assessments. Gabriella will guide you through gentle movements, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama (breathing practices), guided visualization, meditations, and more! By utilizing the healing modality of Yoga Therapy, you can cultivate inner healing and self-discovery for an easeful, peaceful, present, and practical life.
Each session can be anywhere from 60-120 minutes and occur online or in person. Prices vary depending on location, duration, and chosen add-ons.
